At cielo.collective, we create intimate, intentional retreats designed to bring you presence, connection, and calm.
Because our spaces are limited and we commit to significant organisational, financial, and logistical preparations long before the retreat begins, we kindly ask you to read these Terms & Conditions with care.
By paying your deposit or full retreat fee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
1. Scope of Service
cielo.collective offers curated retreat experiences including movement sessions, workshops, creative activities, shared meals, and community gatherings.
Accommodation and meals may be included in the retreat price and will be clearly itemised at the time of booking.
Travel to and from the retreat location is not included and must be organised independently. Any accommodation or travel arrangements outside the retreat period are entered into directly between the participant and third-party providers.
As a registered travel agency, cielo.collective is able to provide an official Sicherungsschein (insolvency protection certificate) upon request.
2. Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of 500 € is required to secure your spot.
Alternatively, you may choose to pay the full retreat fee upon booking.
The remaining balance is due no later than 8 weeks before the retreat start date.
For bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to the retreat, the full amount is due immediately.
3. Deposits, Cancellations & Changes
Non-Refundable Deposit (500 €)
Your deposit is strictly non-refundable.
This is because retreat spaces are limited, and securing your room requires us to commit to accommodation, instructors, logistics, and other advance expenses on your behalf.
Transferability
If you are unable to attend, your deposit may be transferred:

to another person taking your spot, or
-
to another cielo.collective retreat within the same calendar year (subject to availability).
Cancellations
More than 8 weeks before the retreat:

Your 500 € deposit remains non-refundable.

Any additional amount already paid will be refunded.

Transfer of your booking is possible.
Within 8 weeks of the retreat:
-
No cancellations or refunds are possible.

You may send someone else in your place (please notify us in advance).
Accommodation cancellations, if applicable, must be handled directly with the provider according to their terms.
4. Travel, Health & Insurance
Participants are responsible for organising their own travel to Mallorca and for securing valid travel documents.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including:

cancellation cover,

medical insurance,

coverage for delays,
-
personal liability.
Participation in all retreat activities is voluntary and at your own risk.
If you are under medical or psychological care, or take regular medication, please let us know beforehand so we can assess whether the retreat environment is suitable for you.
5. Retreat Conduct & Expectations
cielo.collective retreats are built on presence, kindness, and community.
We ask participants to arrive with openness and a willingness to engage respectfully within the group dynamic.
Disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the retreat without refund.
6. Technology & Privacy
To honour the digital-calm intention of our environment, phone use is not permitted during meals, workshops, or group sessions.
Photographs or videos of other participants may only be taken with their explicit consent.
7. Liability & Limitations
cielo.collective is not responsible for:

travel disruptions, delays, or cancellations,
-
loss of property or personal injury outside the retreat program,
-
accommodation, transport, or services provided by third parties,
-
schedule adjustments, instructor changes, or program modifications as needed.
Please review the terms of any accommodation or transportation you arrange separately.
8. Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Düsseldorf.
